Place 6 cones inside the playing area simulating the attacking positions of 4-3-3 system, with the central striker lower than the wings. One player near each cone. Ball to player A and goalkeeper defending the goal.
- Player A passes the ball to player B performing a short-long countermove
- B passes to C on first intention with a flank play while player D overlaps behind player B
- Player C performs a deep pass to player D with the right timings
- Player B gets close to the goal after the flank play
- Player D choose between shooting or performing an assist for teammate B
After the shot players recover the ball and take position near the cones again
Player A choose every time to wich player B pass the ball
After every series, players rotate their positions
- Enlarge the field size (40x40 meters)
- 2 ball touches allowed
- The exercise provides for lots of useful movement for the attacking phase of 4-3-3 system
- Focus on the midfielder timings for insertion

The player after passing, has to complete the gesture by following the trajectory with the leg's movement
