Place three poles on the goal line to divide the goal into four equal sections. At the edge of the penalty area, place four poles 5 meters apart and centered with the goal. After another 5 meters, create three different technical courses in each space between the poles, centered: course “A” consisting of three cones in a line, course ‘B’ consisting of eight markers positioned in a zig-zag pattern, and course “C” consisting of three poles in a row. At the start of each course, near the three starting markers, the players will be divided into three rows. Each player will have a ball.
- At the coach's signal, the player in the row near path A starts dribbling, advancing between the cones in a slalom
- After exiting the cones, still dribbling, the player jumps over the tape in the vertical space between the poles positioned in front of them
- Without dropping the ball, the player tries to score a goal with a volley, passing the ball through one of the sections into which the goal has been divided
- At the same time, the first player in line for course B and the first player for course C face the technical stations in front of them, dribbling without dropping the ball, jumping over the tape in front of them between the poles on their course, and shooting a precision volley at the goal, trying to pass the ball through one of the sections into which the goal is divided
- The three players (one per row) work simultaneously
- A point is awarded to the team each time a player completes the course without the ball falling to the ground, hitting one of the sections into which the goal is divided with the final volley
- Every 5 minutes (at the end of each series), the rows of players change their starting positions and therefore the course to be taken and, consequently, the final position of the precision volley shot on goal
- The ball must not fall during the course (if it does fall, the players resume the course and complete it, but the point is not awarded)
- Set a maximum time limit for completing each technical station
- All slaloms are performed by dribbling the ball rather than passing it. In this case, once the slalom is complete, pass the ball under the tape, jumping over it, and then finish with a low precision shot, this time trying to hit one of the posts positioned on the goal line (this course must be performed at high speed and with technical rapidity)
- Ensure correct execution of the technical movement, using both feet where possible (strong foot and weak foot)
- Focus on the ability to combine two requirements: technical and motor skills
- Ensure the ball strikes the correct part of the foot when dribbling and when performing volley shots and precision shots
- Encourage competition by involving the children in team contests
