The annual schedule covers 41 weeks of training, with three sessions per week plus a match, including pre-season training and a training camp during the winter break, for a total of 120 training sessions and over 600 different drills.
Session Structure
Each training session lasts about 90 minutes and is organized according to a structure that remains unchanged throughout the season. It consists of a pre-training phase (Prevention) lasting a maximum of 10 minutes and conducted every week, and a central block comprising 8 phases (Game Language, Performance, Individual Offensive Tactics, Overall Offensive Tactics, Individual Defensive Tactics, Overall Defensive Tactics, Set Pieces, Match) lasting a maximum of 90 minutes, and a post-training phase (Recovery) lasting a maximum of 10 minutes, held once a week at the end of either the first or second training session.


Key Principles of Play for the U15-U14 Category
The key elements of the game that form the backbone of the training program for the U15-U14 category (developed in a non-standardized form throughout the entire season and through various training methods) include core stability, proprioception, and coordination exercises (for the prevention phase); technical, tactical, and cognitive activation (for the game language phase); ball possession drills, rondos and small-sided games, development and exploitation of half-spaces, finishing, positive transitions (for the individual offensive tactics phase), building from the back with constant goalkeeper involvement, defensive duels, offensive buildup, conditioned games, and positional drills (for the team offensive tactics phase), individual and small-group defensive tactics always in game situations, negative transitions (for the individual defensive tactics phase), collective defensive tactics and zone-based defensive tactics in game situations, gegenpressing (for the team defensive tactics phase), coordination skills, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, aerobic power, speed, quickness, strength, and agility (for the performance phase), set pieces, indirect free kicks, corner kicks, direct free kicks, including free kicks and penalty kicks, kickoffs, and throw-ins (for the set-piece phase), thematic/conditioned games and free-play matches (for the match phase), and individual or group drills without the ball (for the integration phase).
