Create a rectangle of 30x20 meters. Divide the players into two teams of 4 players + three magic men. Two players of the blue team are positioned on the outside of both long sides of the pitch, the black players start inside the rectangle and finally the three magic men (fuchsia players) lined up each one of them on the outside of each short side of the rectangle, and the third one inside the rectangle. The game starts with the ball to a player from the blue team.
- One of the two teams made of four players (blacks in the figure), starts inside the area with the aim of intercepting the ball and regain possession
- The other team of four players (blues in the figure) starts with two players on each long side
- The magic men (fuchsia in the figure) are aligned along the midfield of the pitch, with a player at the centre of the playing area and two on the short sides
- The side players (blue), plus the three magic men must keep the ball without losing it
- Side players can move freely along their side
- The Magic men situated inside the area can move freely throughout the middle area by supporting the game
- The defenders (blacks) must try to close down spaces as quickly as possible
- In each 10-minute session the last three minutes are dedicated to perform quick passes, in which the team in possession must try to make 120 passes within 3 minutes
