  • 12 vests (6 per color)
Preparation
  • Playing area: 40x35 meters / 44x38 yds
  • Players: 12 + 1 goalkeeper
  • Duration: 15 minutes 
  • Series: 4 of 3 minutes each with 1 minute of recovery between sets
