Organization
Inside the playing area place a starting marker 35 meters/38 yards from the goal. 10 meters/11 yards from the marker, create a 35x10-meter/38x11-yard rectangle perpendicular to the goal. Place two cones about 15 meters/16 yards away from the starting marker. Split the players into two teams. Blue players stay at the starting marker with a ball each. Red players stay on the side cones. The goalkeeper defends the goal.
Description
- At the coach's signal, who calls out either RED or YELLOW, the first blue player sprints towards the goal. At the same time, the first red player positioned on the cone of the called color starts running
- The red player's objective is to reach the blue attacker before he crosses the yellow zone
- If the red defender manages to reach the blue player inside the yellow zone, a 1 v 1 situation develops, in which the blue player must dribble past the opponent and shoot at goal
- If the red defender fails to catch up with him, the blue player can shoot freely when he enters the penalty area
- If the red defender catches up with the attacker before the yellow zone, the round ends
- At the end of the action, the blue player retrieves the ball and quickly returns to his starting position
- At the end of the series, the teams swap roles
