Form three stations within three 10×10-meter/11×11-yard spaces. In the two outer stations, form a square consisting of three cones and a marker, where the attacker and defender (red player) are positioned. Place another marker diagonally across from the square. In the central station, place three markers in a row (as in the picture). Divide the players into the three stations.
- In the external exercises, the white attacker must receive the ball in the space left free by the red defender.
- In the central exercise, the player in the center moves forward to receive the pass from their teammate and, while doing so, must name the color raised by the other teammate behind them.
- The players rotate towards the area where the ball is being played, and the last player to catch the ball moves to the starting area.
- The defending player (red in the picture) must run to occupy a space at the exact moment the ball is passed, so that the receiver can gather information while the ball is moving
- At the coach's discretion
- Pay attention to the visual and postural orientation of the receiver
- The ball must be passed at a speed consistent with a game situation that occurs during the match
- The distances in the game must be as consistent as possible with the distances that can be reproduced in a competitive context
