Create two identical tracks. For each track, place a starting marker, 4 (or more) cones about 10 meters/11 yards ahead, and 3 meters to the side of the cones, place three low hurdles. Divide the players into two groups of equal numbers, each lined up behind the marker. The first player in each group starts with a ball.
Relay race with the aim of knocking down the “castle towers” (cones) before the other team.
- The first players (A and B) kick the ball, trying to hit the cones
- Immediately afterwards, they run to retrieve the ball and face the low hurdles with the ball in their hands
- Once they have passed the hurdles, they quickly return to the starting point and hand the ball to the next teammate
- The game continues in relay until all the cones have been knocked down
- The group that completes the objective first wins
- Each player has only one attempt to knock down the cones
- The next player starts only after receiving the ball from their teammate
- Practice kicking technique toward a specific target
- Pay attention to coordination when overcoming hurdles
- Encourage cooperation between teammates
