Create a 40×20-meter/44×22-yard playing rectangle with markers. Divide the playing rectangle into three zones, a central square 20×20 meters/22×22 yards and two side strips of 10×20 meters/11×22 yards. On the opposite short sides of the playing rectangle, place one mini goal on each side, 1.5 meters wide, in the center. Two teams of three players each are lined up inside the center square; the third player from one of the two teams (white in the picture) starts outside the square in the area in front of their own goal (defensive zone). The outnumbered team in the central zone (red in the example), starts with the ball.
- At the coach's start signal, the team in numerical superiority (red team in the picture) starts a ball possession against the opposing team inside the center square in a 3v2 situation
- Players in possession of the ball are all required to touch the ball at least once inside the center square before they can score in the mini goal
- When all members of the team have touched the ball at least once, a player can sprint deep outside the square and be served by a teammate
- Upon receiving the ball, the player is required to face the opponent outside the square in a 1v1 and, if the player overtakes the opponent, they can finish in the opponent's mini goal
- If the outnumbered team (white team in the picture) retrieves the ball inside the square, the roles are reversed and the teammate who is on the outside of the square enters, while a member of the opposing team (red in the example) who lost the ball, leaves the square and positions themselves in the defensive field area to defend their own goal
- At the end of the series, the team that scored the most goals wins
- The goal in the mini goal is worth 1 point
- The team in possession of the ball must always be outnumbered inside the center square
- Free touches available to players
- In the 3 v 2 situation:
- Do not be on the same line (be staggered), i.e., ensure balance even at the end of the combination
- Always guarantee two passing options to the teammate in possession of the ball
- The player in possession of the ball, once the pass has been made, must move and make themselves useful again (continuous mobility)
- In the 1 v 1 situation:
- Who's attacking:
- In the 1v1 you must receive the ball in an advantageous position, orienting toward the goal
- Identify the weak side of the opponent
- Do not give safeties to the defender by trying to execute feints, without delaying the action too much
- Who's defending:
- Place yourself between the opponent, the ball and the center of the goal, shortening the marking distance as the area becomes more dangerous
- Identify the opponent's weak foot by trying to condition their movements and behavior
- Close the angle of the shot of the attacker by trying to bring them to the outside of the field (“blind” side)
- Take care of the correct posture when facing the direct opponent
- Who's attacking:
