Divide one half of the field into two equal sections and place a goal on the center line, in the middle. Players work in groups of three, with each group consisting of players wearing different colored jerseys. Give each group a ball.
- The players in groups of three pass the ball to each other, moving freely around the playing area
- At the coach's signal, the player with the ball must quickly attack the goal in the opposite sector to the one in which they are located, while the other two must work together to recover the ball (double up)
- Once the action has ended with a goal or ball recovery, the groups resume passing the ball to each other while waiting for the coach's next command
- At the coach's signal, the player in possession of the ball must quickly attack the goal opposite to the sector in which they are located. The other two players must react immediately and go to challenge the ball carrier by doubling up on the marking
- Shots from distance are prohibited
- Change the type of pass and reception during the ball rotation phase
- Ensure that the player closest to the ball carrier applies pressure, delaying and directing the opponent to give their teammate time to close in for double up
- The two players must collaborate effectively without allowing the opponent to get past them in order to recover the ball or force them to play the ball in less dangerous areas
