Set up a 40x33-meter/44x36-yard field (with two penalty areas). Place a movable goal opposite to the fixed one. Two teams of four players each line up on the field. The goalkeepers take their positions to defend the goals.
Description
- A 4 v 4 game is played, with goalkeepers, and one defender must press the goalkeeper whenever he is in possession of the ball
- Goals scored on the transition count double
Rules
- It is mandatory to apply pressure on the goalkeeper when he gains possession of the ball
Variations
- Include a neutral player for the team in possession of the ball in case there are technical or tactical limitations

Variation 1
- Increase the number of players and set a time limit for completing the play
- The game is played with only one goalkeeper; the team starting the build-up must pass the ball through three gates with different point values
