Place 2 goalposts of 2 meters inside the playing area, inside the penalty arc. At 10 meters from the goalposts place a horizontal line with the markers. Divide the team into 2 groups of 10 players and place them inside the outline area (As shown in the picture). Both teams take place with the module 4-2-3-1. Give a ball to one of the teams.
Description

Variations
- Limit the number of touches (3 maximum)
- The team that possesses the ball before shooting to goal must execute at least 5 passes
- Place players with another module to the choice of the coach
Coaching Points
- Useful exercise to improve ball possession in reduced spaces
- Encourage players to maintain teams together by decreasing spaces between lines
- Pay attention to the movements without ball of players, game breadth will be key
- Encourage forwards to dribble opponents to create possible situations of numerical superiority
