Form seven 2-meter wide gates using markers. Position the gates 3 meters apart from each other to form a circle. Place a marker in the center of the circle, 6 meters away from each gate. The players position themselves one per gate and one in the center. The coach stands outside the circle with a good supply of balls.
Description
- The coach passes a ball to the player in the center of the circle
- After controlling the ball, the player shoots on the ground into one of the seven goals, trying to score
- Each goal is worth one point
- The player who has scored the most goals at the end of the series wins
Rules
- The player who shoots must then retrieve the ball and bring it back to the coach
- The player who received the shot leaves their goal and goes to the center to receive the pass from the coach
- The goalkeeper cannot use the hands to block the shot
- While the attacker goes to retrieve the ball after the shot, the goal will be temporarily unguarded: only the adjacent defenders can intervene to defend it
Variations

- Increase or decrease the number of players
Coaching Points
- Encourage speed of execution and rapidity, including when recovering the ball, with the aim of not leaving the goal unguarded for too long
