Create a 10x10-meter/11x11-yard square with four colored cones placed at the corners. Place an additional white cone in the center of each side. A fifth white cone is placed in the center of the area, with a ball resting on top of it. Work in groups of four: each player starts at one corner of the square with their own ball.
- At the coach's signal, players begin dribbling along the perimeter of the square
- Each time they reach a white cone, they must perform a feint or a special dribble
- Each player continues dribbling and feinting until they return to their starting cone
- Once they reach their cone, they must attempt to knock the ball off the center cone by hitting it with a pass
- The first player to knock the ball off the center cone wins the round

The picture shows the exercise performed by the player starting from the blue cone
- Organize two groups of four players to allow for adequate recovery between sets
- With fewer players, you can work in groups of three, transforming the area into a triangle
- Change both the feint to be performed and the direction of rotation of the course for each set
- On each white cone, players must perform a different feint, chosen freely
- Focus on the quality of dribbling at speed
- Alternate the use of both feet when dribbling
- Pay attention to the feint technique on the white cones
- Accuracy in the final pass to drop the ball in the center
- Focus on posture, balance, and quality of movement when changing direction and preparing to shoot/pass
