La Psicocinetica è la messa in atto di un ragionamento (psico) e un movimento (cinesi). Le esercitazioni psicocinetiche per il calcio vanno a migliorare le capacità del giocatore di effettuare e modificare, nel più breve tempo possibile, un atteggiamento in base a diversi stimoli esterni in uno spazio definito.
