Create a 14×5-meter/15×5-yard rectangle with markers. Place a pole in the center of each long side and tie a tape between them at a height of less than a meter/yard (80 cm) from the ground, using it as a net. The players are divided into two teams of three, each taking up one half of the field.
- The two teams face each other in a game with the aim of throwing the ball with their hands from one half of the court to the other.
- The game consists of three sets for each series, which end when 15 points are reached.
- The serve must be performed by the team that starts the game or by the player who scored the previous point; it must be performed beyond the back line of the court and thrown with both hands from above the head and with feet on the ground (like a throw-in)
- When catching the ball, players cannot move or shift their feet but must throw from the spot where they caught the ball
- If a player misses the catch but touches the ball and it subsequently touches the ground, the point goes to the opposing team
- If the ball bounces outside the court or passes under the net on its first bounce, the point and the next serve are awarded to the opposing team
- Always throw with both hands
- Players on the same team cannot pass the ball to each other
- The team that reaches 15 points first wins the set (there are no advantages)
- The team that wins the most sets out of a total of three sets wins the match (the third set is played even if one team is leading 2-0)
- Grab the ball with your hands but kick it to send it into the opponent's field
- Throw the ball with one hand
- Throw while jumping on two feet or on one foot
- Grab and throw the ball while standing on one foot
- Use feet
- Focus on visualizing the ball at all times during the game, even when kicking it (for correct technical execution, fix your gaze on the ball when it is kicked, so as to focus your attention on the technical movement)
- Encourage communication between players in order to optimize space and game strategies
