With this exercise we train ball possession through a match in which 2 flex players create a numerical superiority

Goal:
Equipment
  • Enough markers to delimit the pitch 
  • Balls
  • 6 vests (Example: 4 red and 2 green)
Preparation
  • Playing area: 20x25 meters
  • Players: 10
  • Running time: 14 minutes
  • Series: 2 series of 6 minutes with a 2 minutes pause of passive recovery
