With this exercise we train ball possession through a match in which 2 flex players create a numerical superiority

- Enough markers to delimit the pitch
- Balls
- 6 vests (Example: 4 red and 2 green)
Preparation
- Playing area: 20x25 meters
- Players: 10
- Running time: 14 minutes
- Series: 2 series of 6 minutes with a 2 minutes pause of passive recovery
