Place the cones, poles and markers in a symmetric way as shown in the figure. Place the poles about 1 meter spaced. Place the markers about 1 meter spaced. Place 2 small goals about 3 meters distant from the last marker. Arrange the players into 2 lines of 6 players each, starting behind the lower marker. Give a ball to each player.
On coach starting signal:
- The first player of each line starts
- Performs the slalom quickly between the poles
- Performs the slalom quickly between the markers (always carrying the ball toward the external side of the marker)
- Once he overtakes the last marker, shoots at the small goal
- Then moves to the last position of the line
- The next player start when the first player shooted
- The most goals scored wins
- Carrying the ball using only one foot, right or left
