  • 9 vests (5 red, 4 white)
  • 6 cones
  • 1 goal
  • sufficient balls for continuity
Preparation
  • Playing area: 50x50 meters (half of the field)
  • Players: 9 + goalkeeper
  • Duration: 12 minutes
  • Series: 2 series of  5 minutes interspersed with 2 minutes of active recovery (es. keep-uppy in pairs)
