Summary

Place 2 poles leaving 20 meters between them and 2 markers on the same line (The coach takes place in between of the two markers), as shown in the picture. Two cones are going to be the starting points of the players, that will be divided in two rows.
Description
- The exercise in developed in pairs. The first pair starts with their back to the coach.
- The coach goes to one of the two markers that has on their feet
- To the coach' signal, players turn around and in base to the color of the marker chosen by the coach they have to sprint towards the stick that is the same color
- The one that touches the stick first wins

The coach chooses the red marker
