Preparation
- Playing Area: 30x20 meters / 33x22 yards
- Players: 12
- Duration: 15 minutes
- Series: 3 (each team of three must play the defensive role) of 4 minutes each with 1 minute of recovery in between series
- Equipment arrangement: the four markers form a rectangle as in the picture
