Organization
The exercise should be performed at maximum intensity and requires ample recovery time for the players who have to perform it. It is advisable to do it with small groups of players, in the form of differentiated work.
Place two poles at the edge of the penalty area, in the central area, about 5 meters apart. To the left and right of the posts place four balls on each side, about 1 meter apart. In total we will have eight balls placed at the edge of the penalty area.
Each player, in turn, starts for the execution of the exercise positioned in the center of the two posts. The goalkeeper defends the goal. Possibly use two goalkeepers, who, as happens with finishing players, alternate during the repetitions so as to have adequate recoveries given the intensity of the drill.

Description
- On the coach's signal, the player sprints toward the first ball on the right (closest to the post) and kicks it into the net (shot 1 in the picture)
- Immediately after shooting, the player then sprints, passing outside the posts, toward the first ball on the opposite side, to the left, and kicks it (shot 2 in the picture)
- He then sprints toward the second ball from the right side and kicks it (shot 3 in the picture)
- He continues with the sequence by kicking all eight balls placed on the edge of the penalty area
- At the end of the sequence, the player will have kicked eight balls into the goal and taken eight shots of different progressive lengths
