Place a marker 40 meters/44 yards from the end line and 5 meters from both the right and left sidelines. Players from groups A and C stand on the two markers, each with a ball. Place two cones about 10 meters/11 yards from the edge of the penalty area, as shown in the picture. Player B stands in front of one cone and player D in front of the other. A goalkeeper defends the goal.
- The first player in group A passes the ball to teammate B, who is positioned ahead of the mannequin
- Player B makes a deep pass along the side of the field on A's run
- A makes a diagonal back pass to B, who is running toward the edge of the penalty area
- Player B shoots at the goal, trying to score
- Once the action is complete, A moves to B's position, while B recovers the ball and moves to the back of group C
- The first player in group C passes the ball to teammate D, who moved ahead of the mannequin
- D controls the ball towards the inside of the field and then plays it out wide, in order to draw the opposing team towards the opposite side of the action
- Player D makes a deep pass along the sideline on C's run
- C makes a diagonal back pass to D, who is moving toward the edge of the penalty area
- Player D finishes with a shot on goal, trying to score
- Once the action is complete, C takes D's place, while D recovers the ball and moves to the back of group A
- Start the combination with a high pass
- Passes must be made decisively, so that players get used to hitting the ball hard, making it more difficult for opposing defenders to intercept
- The attacker must calculate their run based on the speed of the pass made by the teammate
