1 vs 1: choose the small goal

Form a 20x15 meters rectangle using the markers. Place two small goals on the short sides. Form two small 4x5 meters penalty areas near the small goals using the markers. Create a 4 meters goal and place it centrally about 4 meters distant from the long sides. Divide players into 2 teams of 5 players using the vest. The defenders (red) stay in line with a ball for each player on the middle of the long side where there isn't the small goal. The strikers stay in line on the middle of the opposite side.
- Player A passes the ball close to the ground across the small goal to player B
- Player B controls the ball and moves carrying it to the small goal in front of him
- Player B after after passing the poles decides wich small goal to attack while player A moves to defend the attacked goal. 1 vs 1 situation
- After each series swap the teams roles.
- Player B can score into the small goal only from inside the outlined area
- If defender A recovers the ball, can score into the opposite small goal (B becomes defender) always forced to shoot from inside the area
- 1 point for each goal
- The most points team wins
Attacking:
- Maintain an attacking attitude during the 1 vs 1, carry the ball quickly keeping it always under control
- Identify the opponents weaker point
Defending:
- Be always ready to take place between the opponent, the ball ant the centre of the goal, marking closely as the zone becomes dangerous
- Try to bring the opponent toward the external zones less dangerous, identifying the weaker point and conditioning the movements
