Create a rectangle measuring 30×40 meters/33×44 yards and, inside it, form a circle with a diameter of 10 meters/11 yards. Divide the players into two teams of eight members each (white and red). Inside the circle, place four white players in possession of the ball against two red players. The other four white players and the remaining six red players are positioned freely within the rectangle, along with a joker (yellow player).
- The four white players in the circle must maintain possession against the two red players, with the aim of completing ten consecutive passes to score a point. If they succeed, possession resumes with six other players
- If the two red players win the ball, they must pass it to a teammate in the rectangle
- If the red players manage to pass the ball into the rectangle, they must complete eight consecutive passes, with the help of the joker, to score a point
- Once possession ends, the game restarts in the circle with the roles and tasks reversed
- When the white players lose possession in the circle, they must immediately activate a Gegenpressing to recover the ball
- Play with two or three touches
- Remove the joker to increase the difficulty
- Create a larger space to develop more intense pressing
- Create a smaller space to facilitate pressing
- After losing the ball, quickly orient yourself and immediately decide to press
- Immediately attack the pass at maximum speed after losing possession
- Maintain a close distance between players while pressing
- Create situational superiority by closing down passing lanes
