Create five squares, one central square of 4x4 meters and four of 3x3 meters placed 5 meters from the vertices of the central square. Place 12 balls in the central square.
Description
- Each player has an assigned square
- Each player starts from their own square
- At the coach's signal, players start in their own square to win a ball from the center square
- Players must bring four balls inside their own square by taking them from both the center square and their teammates' squares
- Players cannot counter each other
- When a player has conquered four balls and has them in their own square the round ends

Variations
- Perform the exercise by constraining the foot with which to drive the ball
Coaching Points
- Encourage players to keep a high tempo
- Teach players how to drive the ball at speed by bringing the ball forward with the instep
- This drill can be performed in different age groups by changing the distances of the squares
