Set up a course consisting of a speed ladder and three poles placed in a row, 60 cm apart. Place a mannequin 2 meters from the last pole (as shown in the picture) . The goalkeepers perform the exercise by lining up one behind the other. If no mannequin is available, the goalkeeper who makes the first high dive stops along the course to visually block the next teammate after they have slalomed through the three poles. To allow the coach to monitor and correct the players, the ball can also be thrown by one of the teammates.
Description
The goal of this warm-up is to begin practicing the first high dives as part of an initial technical and coordination warm-up routine.

- Perform a backward slalom
- Use balls of different sizes

Coaching Points
- The goalkeeper must always keep their eyes on the ball when making a save
