Create a 50×50-meter/55×55-yard field. Place a goal halfway along one of the short sides. Inside the field, line up two teams of seven players plus a goalkeeper to defend the goal. One team attacks the goal (white team) and the other defends it (red team). For the team attacking the goal, organize your preferred lineup for building and finishing plays.
Description
One team plays to reach the goal, while the other plays to build up and pass to a teammate behind the end line (midfield line).
