Arrange, with markers and 4 cones on the vertexes, a playing area of 70 x 35 yards. Divide the court into 2 halves of 35 x 35 yards each with a dividing line made with markers (courts called A and B in figure). On the dividing line in the middle arrange a goal with 2 poles, measuring 6/7 yards. The goalkeeper will defend it. The 14 players will be divided into 2 teams of 7 (red team versus white team in figure) a match 7 v 7 will be played.
- Both teams have half court to defend and half court to attack
- In the example below, the red team has to score in the central goal, bringing the whole team inside Court A
- The white team in this case has to defend the goal and then, after conquering the ball, quickly move all its players in Court B, to start attack opponents' goal. At this stage, the red team must defend the goal moving its players on Court B, that is its own defensive half court
- Red team must score attacking on Court A and defending on court B
- White team defend on Court A and can score attacking on Court B
- Gol is valid if the team has all its players on the attacking half court (in our example, yellow team must move all its players on Court A)
- The goalkeeper has to protect the goal from both teams' shots at goal. This means he has to defend both sides of the goal. When he blocks the ball, he will play the ball for the team which was defending
- When a team scores a goal, the ball goes to the other team to start the game again
- Restrict the number of ball-contacts
- Before shooting at goal, teams must accomplish at least 3 consecutive passes in the attacking half court, with no interception by opponents
- A neutral player can be integrated: he will play with the team in ball possession (to create a numerical superiority)
- Encourage players to organize a collective pressing phase while they are in the defensive half court, to defend their goal and reconquer the ball
- Take care of transitions: once regained the ball, the team which was defending should quickly try to move to the attacking half court and finalize
- Pay attention to space and time: players have to move properly both, while they possess the ball and when they lose it
