Accelerating run, Decelerating run, Dribbling with feints, Feints and tricks, ShootingOrganization
Set up a playing field using markers to create a 60x75-meter/66x82-yard area. Opposite the standard goal, on the far end of the field, place a movable goal (or set one up using two posts). Form two teams of ten players each, using jerseys. Five players per team start inside the field, while the other teammates stand next to their goal, waiting for their turn to play. The goalkeepers defend the goals. Place a good number of balls near both goals.
Description
- At the coach’s signal, the two teams compete in a small-sided game with the aim of scoring goals
- The game begins as a 5v5 match in which the reds attack and the whites defend
- Once the first play is over, the Whites (the defenders) get a chance to launch their own offensive play
- Once each team has completed their two-phase attack and defense sequence, the ten players exit the field and make way for a new group that sets up another 5 v 5, with the reds attacking and the whites defending
- The series lasts for 3 uninterrupted minutes, after which the players have a 2-minute break before starting the next set
Rules
- In the first and third rounds, the red team attacks and the white team defends, while in the second and fourth rounds, the roles are reversed
- The team that scores the most goals wins
- After 40 seconds of play, the action is paused and the next 5 v 5 round begins
- Take on your opponent quickly without hesitating too much
