Form four starting gates where players start in line, each one with a ball (red team on gate A, white team on gate B). In front of these gates create two identical circuits: four cones at 1 meter distance from each other for a slalom and a medium hurdle 3 meters from the last cone. Then create a technical zone of 15x30 meters. In this area place six pairs of crossed poles to emulate opponents. Lastly create another zone for the 2 v 2, identical to the other one, and place a small goal on each short side. Inside this area place one player per team without the ball.
- First two players, A and B, to the coach's signal start controlling the ball:
- They perform a slalom through the cones
 - They pass the ball under the hurdle and catch it over it
 - They enter the Technical Zone and perform three nutmegs on the poles, choosing the quickest route between them
 - First player to end this circuit leads the ball inside the 2 v 2 Zone and passes it to the teammate. The other player leaves the ball there and runs inside the zone. A 2 v 2 situation is played with the aim to shoot at the opponent's small goal
 - At the end of the action, the two players who were inside the 2 v 2 Zone recover the balls and go back in line, while the other two take their place

- Perform technical slaloms with the ball (using the inside or the outside of the foot etc.)
 - Inside the Technical Zone perform nutmegs or feints as quickly as possible
 - Play a 1 minute game as final situation
 - Give 1 point to the team that scores a goal during the final situation

- Leave two players inside the last zone, in order to play a 3 v 3
 - Add two more small goals

- Pay attention to technical gestures: they have to be performed at speed
 - Technical courses should be performed with the correct motor performance
 - Encourage peripheral vision and quick decision making inside the Technical Zone
 - 2 v 2 situation has to have the right intensity and duration
