Place a starting marker 40 meters/44 yards from the goal on the center line of the half-circle. Place a second marker diagonally to the right of the starting marker (as shown in the picture) and a third marker 20 meters/22 yards from the goal, near the left corner of the penalty area. The players, each with a ball, line up behind the starting marker (the first to start will be player A). Two other players, B and C, position themselves without the ball on the other two markers placed diagonally towards the goal. This creates a starting triangle that will develop a sequence of passes with attacking movements and overlapping by three players. The goalkeeper defends the goal.
- Player A passes to B and overlaps to support B, moving into the penalty area
- B controls the ball with an oriented reception and passes it to player C on the opposite side
- B overlaps behind C outside the penalty area
- C, after controlling the ball towards the goal, dribbles a couple of meters and makes a deep pass to B moving towards the end line
- B controls the ball and crosses it into the penalty area towards A, who has meanwhile made an insertion
- Player A shoots on goal with one touch
When the action is over, the three players return to their positions and wait to start again with their roles reversed (A takes B's place, B takes C's place, and player C retrieves the ball and takes A's place at the back of the group). In the meantime, the other three players start the passing sequence. The players work in threes, alternating and continuously rotating their starting positions.

- Perform the passing sequences in one direction and then in the opposite direction. Each player must perform at least four repetitions with a shot on goal for each set: four starting with a pass to the right and four in the opposite direction starting with a pass to the left (halfway through the exercise, reverse the positions of the markers and the direction of the triangle)
- Add a defender in the penalty area to counteract shots on goal from crosses
- Player C moves into the penalty area to support the attack in case of a short rebound from the goalkeeper
- Player C's deep pass must be executed correctly, allowing B to receive the ball at the right moment without slowing down
- Encourage players to execute ball exchanges with maximum intensity and quality of passing and overlaps at high speed, paying attention to timing
- If necessary, increase or decrease distances to achieve optimal playing times
- The shot on goal should be taken on the first touch, paying attention to the timing of the attack on the ball
