Create a playing area measuring 18-20x12-15 meters/20-22x13-16 yards. Place two mini goals on both short sides of the field. Two teams of two players each line up inside the field, plus one neutral player (J). Each team has a goalkeeper positioned between their two mini goals, who plays as the low vertex.
- A 2 v 2 game is played plus a neutral player, with the goalkeeper actively participating in the game as a low support, allowing for constant numerical superiority during possession
- The team in possession can count on the neutral player in the central area to maintain control and develop the game
- The exercise trains goalkeepers to experience dynamic gameplay, improving their active participation in build-ups and managing possession
- The aim of the game is to score in one of the opponent's goals
- Throw-ins from the sidelines and from the end line are always taken by the goalkeeper
- You can only score through a mini goal after at least three consecutive passes without interception
- Unmarking in support and in depth
- Quick recovery of possession
- Rapid development of attacking play
- Use of support player and management of ball possession
- Technical skills in passing, control, and dribbling
- Dribbling and passing opponents in tight spaces
- Useful postures for the game
