Create a 30×50-meter/33×55-yard playing field with markers. In the middle of both short sides place a standard goal. On the inside of the field line up two teams (6 v 6 in the picture). Outside place a good supply of balls of different sizes (e.g., 3, 4 and 5).
- A 6 v 6 is played with classic game rules
- Whenever the ball leaves the field or a goal is scored, play must be resumed with a ball of a different size
- The offside rule does not apply
- Vary the number of players
- Vary the size of the field
- With this game, we try to encourage the player's coordination skills and foot sensitivity by continuously handling balls of different sizes
